I started in engineering, which probably explains why I naturally gravitate toward systems and operational complexity. I’m less interested in surface-level interfaces and more interested in how things actually work underneath, where workflows break, where users hesitate, and where business logic starts fighting usability.
Over the last few years, I’ve worked on fintech platforms, internal tools, and workflow-heavy products where small UX decisions have real operational consequences. The kind of products where one unclear flow can slow down teams, reduce trust, or create friction in critical processes.
I enjoy working closely with founders and developers, especially in environments with ambiguity, evolving requirements, and fast product decisions. I like untangling complexity, structuring systems, and making products feel intuitive without oversimplifying how the business actually works underneath.
